Month-to-month agreement

AUD $800 (Recruitment costs, medical tests, company uniform)
Employee cost
Employee base salary + 20 days annual leave credits, private health cover (HMO), 13th month pay + government mandated benefits.
Management fee
AUD $850 per month, includes a team leader, PC or laptop and monitor lease, backup battery, internet, electricity, Wi-Fi, HR, payroll, account management, IT support, VOIP, dedicated Australian phone number, software licensing, biannual team building, free lunch Friday, monthly employee evaluation.
